01 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following words and expressions shall have the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

• "777mc" / "Platform" / "We" / "Us" — refers to the 777mc online gaming platform, its operator, and any subsidiary or affiliated entity responsible for delivering services under the 777mc brand.
• "User" / "Player" / "You" — refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 777mc platform in any capacity.
• "Account" — means the personal gaming account opened by a User in accordance with the registration process described in Section 4.
• "Balance" — means the total PKR amount held in a User's Account, comprising real-money deposits and any credited promotional funds where applicable.
• "Bonus Funds" — means any credits granted to a User's Account as part of a promotional offer, subject to wagering requirements as specified in Section 7.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" — means any country, territory, or region in which accessing or using the Platform is prohibited by applicable law or regulation.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) — means the identity and document verification process that 777mc may require Users to complete prior to processing withdrawals or in response to compliance obligations.
• "Intellectual Property" — includes but is not limited to trademarks, logos, software code, game content, design elements, and written material owned or licensed by 777mc.

02 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules, promotion terms, or supplementary policies published on the Platform from time to time, constitute the complete and binding legal agreement between you and 777mc.

Your acceptance is indicated by any one or more of the following actions: (a) ticking the acceptance checkbox during the registration process; (b) logging in to an existing 777mc Account after these Terms have been updated; or (c) continuing to use the Platform after being notified that these Terms have been revised.

If you are using the Platform on behalf of a third party, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that third party to these Terms, and that you accept these Terms on their behalf. 777mc does not recognise or support third-party account use as a general practice and reserves the right to investigate and close accounts where third-party usage is suspected.

03 Eligibility & Age Verification

Access to and use of the 777mc Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be a minimum of 21 years of age. This age restriction applies regardless of the legal gambling age in any other jurisdiction.
• You must be a natural person acting in your own name and on your own behalf. Corporate entities may not register as Users.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You must not be an employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or director of 777mc or any of its affiliated entities, game suppliers, or payment providers.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your country of residence.

777mc reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and residence at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card (CNIC), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Where age verification cannot be completed to 777mc's satisfaction, your Account may be suspended and any pending withdrawals held until verification is resolved.

04 Account Registration

To access the full range of 777mc services, you must register a personal Account. During the registration process, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile number, and preferred payment method details.

Each User is permitted to hold exactly one Account on the Platform. Opening or attempting to open more than one Account — whether using the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in all associated Accounts being suspended and balances reviewed for potential forfeiture.

• You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information provided during and after registration.
• You must notify 777mc promptly of any changes to your registered information, including changes to your contact details or payment methods.
• You must not share your Account credentials with any third party or permit any other individual to access your Account.
• 777mc reserves the right to refuse registration or close an Account at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason.
• Accounts that have been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months may be subject to a dormancy fee or closure as detailed in the platform's dormancy policy.

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

777mc supports a range of payment methods suited to Pakistani players, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, and Visa/Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits: All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per method and are displayed at the point of transaction. Deposits are typically credited to your Account instantly or within the processing time stated for the applicable payment method.

Withdrawals: Withdrawals may only be directed to a payment method that has been used to fund your Account, or to a verified method registered in your name. 777mc reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Processing times vary by method; JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed on the same business day.

• Withdrawal requests will not be processed until any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds have been satisfied.
• 777mc reserves the right to withhold or reverse a withdrawal pending the outcome of an investigation into suspected fraudulent or irregular activity.
• Currency conversion fees are not charged by 777mc; all transactions are in PKR. However, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own fees — these are entirely outside 777mc's control.
• Chargebacks initiated by a User without first attempting to resolve the matter through 777mc's support channels will be treated as a breach of these Terms and may result in Account closure.

06 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the 777mc Platform are governed by these General Terms and Conditions together with the specific product rules applicable to each game or betting market. Product-specific rules are accessible within the relevant game or betting section of the Platform and form part of this agreement by reference.

• A bet is confirmed and binding once accepted by the 777mc system and a confirmation reference has been issued. Verbal representations, screenshots, or partial entries do not constitute confirmed bets.
• 777mc reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets placed at clearly erroneous odds caused by a technical or human error, at any time before settlement.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a game or sporting event, the official result as recognised by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Pakistan Cricket Board for domestic cricket, the ICC for international fixtures) shall be determinative.
• In-play betting markets may be suspended at any time. Bets already accepted before suspension remain valid; bets submitted during a suspension will be rejected.
• 777mc employs systems to detect and prevent match-fixing, insider betting, and other forms of irregular wagering. Any Account found to be involved in such activity will be permanently closed and referred to the relevant authorities.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per market. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement and may vary depending on the event and market type.

07 Bonuses & Promotions

777mc offers a range of promotional incentives including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which are published on the relevant promotion page and incorporated into these Terms by reference.

The following general conditions apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion's terms expressly state otherwise:

• Bonus Funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn as real money.
• Wagering requirements specify the total amount that must be wagered using Bonus Funds before a withdrawal can be requested. Requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x the bonus amount).
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per User, per household, and per device. Attempts to circumvent this restriction through multiple accounts will result in all associated bonuses being voided.
• 777mc reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Any Bonus Funds that have already been credited and are subject to active wagering requirements at the time of withdrawal will be honoured under the terms that applied at the time of crediting.
• Promotional offers are intended for recreational players. 777mc reserves the right to exclude any User from a promotion where there is evidence of systematic or professional exploitation of promotional terms.
• Bonus Funds will expire if wagering requirements are not met within the time limit specified in the individual promotion's terms.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 777mc Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and referral to law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one Account, or assisting any other person to do so.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform while located in a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in any game or system for financial gain.
• Using automated software, bots, scrapers, or any form of artificial intelligence to access, interact with, or extract data from the Platform without express written permission.
• Engaging in, facilitating, or attempting any form of fraud, money laundering, or financial crime through the Platform.
• Colluding with other players in casino or poker games, or engaging in any form of chip dumping or match manipulation.
• Abusing the chargeback process via your bank or payment provider as a means of recovering wagered funds.
• Attempting to access or tamper with any other User's Account, personal information, or transaction history.
• Reproducing, copying, redistributing, or commercially exploiting any 777mc Intellectual Property without prior written consent.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the 777mc Platform — including but not limited to the 777mc name, logo, game titles, software, user interface design, graphics, text, and marketing materials — is the exclusive property of 777mc or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publish any content from the Platform without express written authorisation.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software forming part of the Platform.
• Use the 777mc name, logo, or branding in any context that implies an endorsement, partnership, or commercial relationship without written consent.
• Create derivative works based on Platform content for commercial purposes.

Any unauthorised use of 777mc's Intellectual Property will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

10 Privacy & Data

777mc collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is published on the Platform and incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.

In summary, 777mc collects personal data for the purposes of Account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, payment processing, marketing communications (where you have opted in), and platform improvement. 777mc does not sell personal data to unaffiliated third parties.

11 Responsible Gaming

12 Account Suspension & Closure

• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or collusion.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal that has not been resolved.
• A request from a regulatory authority, law enforcement agency, or payment processor.
• Discovery that the Account holder is under 21 years of age or is otherwise ineligible to use the Platform.

You may also voluntarily close your Account at any time by contacting 777mc's support team. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your Account (after deduction of applicable Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to standard processing times and verification requirements.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 777mc's total liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform — whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

777mc shall not be liable for any of the following, whether direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
• Losses arising from a failure of telecommunications infrastructure, internet service interruption, or device malfunction outside 777mc's control.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform that is subsequently found to be inaccurate or incomplete.
• Losses arising from the acts or omissions of third-party payment processors, game suppliers, or data providers.
• Any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these Terms, your platform security obligations, or applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

14 Amendments to These Terms

777mc reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — that is, where they significantly affect your rights or obligations — 777mc will provide reasonable advance notice via email to your registered address or via an in-platform notification.

Non-material changes, including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates required by changes in applicable law, may take effect immediately upon publication on the Platform without advance notice.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 12.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made. Archived versions of these Terms are available upon request by contacting 777mc support.

15 Disputes & Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which 777mc holds its international gaming licence.

Dispute resolution process: If you have a dispute with 777mc regarding a transaction, game outcome, or the application of these Terms, you must first contact 777mc's customer support team via live chat or at the support email address listed in Section 16. 777mc will endeavour to resolve all complaints within 10 business days of receipt.

If a complaint cannot be resolved through direct communication within 30 days, the matter may be escalated to the independent dispute resolution body designated by 777mc's licensing authority. Details of the applicable dispute resolution body are available upon request from the support team.
